The now 21-year-old singer from the London borough of Tottenham says that she finds her inspiration on the streets: 'I come from a family in which something crazy happens every day and that makes life exciting.' She does not want to be compartmentalized as a singer. 'I feel equally at home with jazz as with pop. I truly mean every word Iutter.' In the Netherlands she has already scored two huge hits with the songs Chasing Pavements and the Bob Dylan cover Make YouFeel My Love. Adele is a rising superstar.
