The bands performing in the Entreezaal, the stage by the main entrance, have the important task of stimulating and enthusing visitors as soon as they enter. These bands have to arouse people, stimulating their appetite for more swing, more jazz, more blues. A band to swing to is one of the most fun bands: Monsieur Dubois. Six young musicians from jazz and dance join forces and end up with a colorful mix of musical styles. At first their point of departure was 1960's soul jazz, but along the way they created their own sound. This led them to the finals of last years Dutch Jazz Competition.
